AI implementation & agentic-engineering consulting in Germantown. Sit down with an engineer, talk your project through out loud, and walk out with a structured handoff binder your AI agent can build from. Repair Cafe since 2011 — now we build what runs on the devices too.
Each session ends with a structured handoff binder — your idea, organized for agentic build-out, as far as we get together. How far we get depends on how prepared you come, so it pays to bring your thinking.

No decks, no homework. We talk it through — out loud — and the structure falls out. You leave with documents an AI agent (or any developer) can run with.
A sentence is enough. “I wish I had a thing that…” We start exactly where you are.
Tap-to-speak or a live voice interview draws it out — out loud, no jargon. We turn it into a tidy project brief and email a copy to you.
Together we vibe-code the shape, separate v1 from someday, and write the build spec.
Your idea, scope, features & an agent-ready prompt — organized to build from, as far as we get together.
When the idea is bigger than a session, we build it. The same Memphis neighborhood studio — now shipping AI and software for businesses across Memphis and Germantown.
We audit how your business actually runs, find where AI removes real friction, and wire it in. Chatbots, intake, automations, internal tools — practical AI for Memphis & Germantown businesses, no buzzwords.
Custom software, shipped the modern way — vibe-coded and agent-built, then hardened by engineers. We scope, build, and hand over a real product on your stack. Every line is yours.
An ongoing partner for the businesses that want to keep shipping. We're the product+engineering bench you call when an idea needs to become real — fast, local, and accountable.

“I came in to fix a cracked screen and left having scoped an entire booking app for my shop. Two weeks later it was live — and I owned all of it. That's not normal.”
“Sat down for 45 minutes, talked through my idea out loud, and walked out with a folder my developer could just start building from.”
“They explained agentic coding in plain English and we built a working prototype in the session. Genuinely the most useful hour I've spent on my business.”
A focused, sit-down working session with an agentic engineer. You bring a rough idea; we vibe-code its shape, scope version one, and start a build spec — then you leave with a structured handoff binder to build from. Sessions are 30, 45, or 60 minutes ($150 / $200 / $250). How far we get depends on how prepared you come.
No. The whole point is to translate your idea into something buildable. We cover the basics of agentic (‘vibe’) coding so you understand what you're getting, but you do zero coding in the session.
Your project summary, the problem and audience, a scoped v1, concrete features, a suggested stack, a rough data model, an open-questions list, and a ready-to-paste agent kickoff prompt — downloadable as a document and waiting in your private portal. The 60-minute Build Spec also sets up a private GitHub repo with a README and a deployed proof-of-concept of what we build together.
The more organized your thinking up front, the further we get together — so it's worth it. If you already have an organized .md of your notes, bring it. If not, use the voice interview when you book: we turn what you say into a tidy project brief and email a copy to you and to our studio before the session.
Yes. Beyond sessions, we do hands-on AI implementation and agentic engineering for local businesses — automations, internal tools, custom apps — built and deployed on your stack, with the code handed over to you.
